My approach is gentle, grounded and deeply compassionate. I believe that sometimes we don’t need to be fixed—we need a safe space where we can slow down, breathe and reconnect with ourselves. My work brings together therapeutic bodywork, reflexology, nervous-system awareness, somatic practices and Rebirthing Breathwork. Every treatment is tailored around what you need on the day. Whether you come for physical relief, emotional support, deep rest or a chance to reconnect with your body, you will be met with warmth, care and without judgement.
